Hum apne customers ko best quality snacks dene ki poori koshish karte hain. Phir bhi agar kisi wajah se aap apne order se satisfied nahi hain, to niche di gayi policy apply hogi.

Kyunki hamare products food / edible items hain, returns accept nahi kiye jaate.
Agar product damaged, leaked, expired, ya galat item deliver hota hai, tabhi return/refund applicable hoga.
Aapko product receive hone ke 48 ghante ke andar hume contact karna hoga.

Refund sirf in cases me diya jaayega:
Product damaged ya tampered condition me mila ho
Wrong product deliver hua ho
Product expired ho

Verification ke baad refund 7–10 working days me original payment method me process kiya jaayega

Returns
Since our products are food / edible items, we do not accept returns.
Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:
Damaged
Leaked
Expired
Incorrect item
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Damaged or tampered product
Wrong product delivered
Expired product
To request a refund:
Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product.
After verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Shipping Charges:
If the issue is caused by us (damaged or wrong product), shipping charges will be borne by us.
No refund will be provided for delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
